Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Item:
If the product you receive is damaged, torn, or defective in any way.

Wrong Item Delivered:
If you receive a product that is completely different from what you ordered.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide the following:

Order number

Clear photos of the product showing the issue

A brief explanation of the problem

Refund Method
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer (as applicable).

Conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect size unless the item was incorrectly sent by us.
